My goal is a great piercing experience in a safe, chill space. It all comes down to mutual respect. It's not complicated—just be good to each other. Here’s the deal:

       Appointments: Life happens, but please respect my time. Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will require a non-refundable deposit to rebook. Running 10+ minutes late? We may have to reschedule to respect other clients.

       Prep: Show up ready! Please arrive clean (this is a basic safety & respect thing). Eat a meal beforehand and don't forget your valid, government-issued ID. Minors need a parent/guardian present with IDs for both, plus a birth certificate.

       Vibe & Respect: You can bring one guest for support. This studio is a drama-free sanctuary. I have zero tolerance for hateful, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior; you will be asked to leave. Help me keep the vibe chill—phones on silent, please.
